Examine the resume themes, letter themes, fax themes, report themes, and any additional themes that you find interesting. 2) Next, determine whether or not you believe Office templates provide users with an advantage over creating a document from scratch. 3) Then, select one (1) template and explain the manner in which users would benefit from using the template in question in creating either a business or personal document.

Image refers to graphical presentation such as drawing, painting, photograph or diagram. Images are used in documents so as to make something clearly or to express and communicate something that cannot be presented by use of words in textual form. It is also used where graphical presentation is superior to textual presentation. I believe including images in documents is a professional option. This is because some audience understands more the meaning the documents are trying to communicate to them when they see the images. Images create visual stimulation thus people seem to understand the information better. For example, when creating PowerPoint presentations, some presentations require images to be inserted so as to make the idea being expressed clear. Therefore, my position on images being used in documents is professional based on situational preference.

Microsoft Office’s website also provides users with different themes such as resume, letter, fax, report and PowerPoint themes. Themes applied to pages in letters, resume, fax, report and in PowerPoint so as to give the attractive appearance and consistent. Using themes is also easy and quick ways of adding interest to pages and to give them professional look. A theme uses colors, graphics and different styles so as to create the desired appearance.

Office templates provide users with different types of templates to choose from so as to create the desired document using the best template. Ready made template make it easier for the user to structure the document and to make it appear presentable. Therefore, I believe Office templates provide users with an advantage over creating a document from scratch.

The above template is a business card template that is used to create company’s business cards. It makes it easier for a company or a person to create business cards which are usually used for marketing purposes. The template has attractive appearance thus when used to prepare business cards it gives the quality appearance to the target audience thus delivering the intended information.
