Each group will select one of the following Sexual Harassment cases. Conduct research on the case and discuss information regarding the case on your group's Canvas page.

Group Canvas Page You will be using your group’s private wiki in Canvas. To find your group, click the People link and then the View User Groups button on the right side of the screen. Click the gear icon on the right side of the page and then click Visit Group Homepage. This will take you to your group’s private group area. You must use the Pages area to work on your project because it’s a simple wiki that allows you to create new pages as needed and I can see each person’s participation in case there’s an issue. I suggest that each group member choose a font color to work in so that it’s easier to know the identity of the person posting or editing an answer. Make sure that you and your partners work out how you're going to communicate, what each of you will do on the assignment, what your deadlines will be for your drafts and final version and who will submit the final version of your answer file for the group. Copy the final version of your document into a Word file, double check the formatting, and save the file—Don’t send your Pages (wiki) link because the formatting is wrong and can be difficult to open. Introduction: Include a summary of the history of the legal action, including information regarding the company, the lawsuit and the HR policies/or actions which contributed to the legal action.
Literature Review: Discuss similar cases, the outcome of those cases, and any current policies in the workforce that help in understanding the case.
Analysis: Review the case decision and its place in the development of human resource policy. Do you affirm or disagree with the decision? What do you believe will be the larger impact on employee rights and employer practices?
Conclusion: Provide a summary of your information and explain how the decision in this case impacts companies.
